The People Book
Find who you know

The People Book displays a unified and exhaustive view of all the people you have been in touch with, whether they come from your address book(s), social network(s), directory(ies), or just because you were once involved in the same digital conversation.

People Book Tools

People Book Tools

The People Book is a smart contact aggregation tool vs. another contact synchronization tool. Every time you communicate, it spots the people you are connected to across different platforms and services, and brings together all their contact details: emails, phone numbers, addresses, social profiles and screen-names.

Not only do you get the complete outlook of the people you know, but the People Book also records details from people you’ve just been connected to without you having to take any action. This is a powerful tool to grow your network. We can also use filters to display your contacts depending on which network or address book they're coming from.

The People Book
The Timeline
View all your messages, from everywhere

The Timeline displays the complete history of all your messages, whatever their source or format, ranked in chronological order.

You can scroll down as far as you want in the past, we’ve got it all. Silentale captures messages retroactively and automatically, without you having to lift a finger. With each message, the Timeline displays the date, the subject, the sender, the recipients and a small icon that indicates the format, e.g. email, SMS, Twitter, etc. You can click on the relevant links to access the full message, the contact profile or attachments.

Timeline Messages

And to make exploring your message history easier, we created a dead simple tool called the Time Traveler that helps you visualize the intensity of your exchanges over time. The Time Traveler shows you the number of messages received or sent for the period of time you choose, whether for all or just one of your Contacts.

The Timeline
The Conversation
Thread messages from a contact

If you want to follow all your conversations with one person, just click on the selected contact either in the People Book or the Timeline, or enter a name in the Search Box, and you will get the complete thread of your messages with that person, across all media.

The Conversation Tab
The Archive
Keep a backup of all your messages & attachments

Silentale automatically saves a copy of each message it receives and indexes all of them, whether they are emails, SMS, tweets, etc., safeguarding them from any accidental loss or deletion, and helping when you transition to new providers. And remember, there's no limit on how many messages are stored or how far back in time.

Message Archive
Attachments

Along with your complete message history, Silentale stores all the content in those messages, and makes sure it stays secure from any future loss. We archive all kinds of attachments, including documents, PDFs, pictures, videos, links, etc. Even if you voluntarily or accidentally delete a file from your computer, you will still be able to retrieve it from your Silentale archives. It takes only a few clicks to find and download them, from your message history, from the media bar or simply by using the Search Box.
