Silentale is instant and straightforward to use... You just tell us which contact sources and communication channels you want to track, and you can immediately start to explore the profiles of the people you know, and all the messages you’ve exchanged with them. That's because it's SaaS (Software as a Service), which is a fancy way of saying you can use it without having to download or install anything on your computer.
We also believe in being open: Silentale interacts seamlessly with major online communication services like your favorite social networks : Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin - business and collaborative applications : Highrise, Salesforce - email providers : Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail or AOL Mail - as well as desktop applications like Outlook & Firefox, and mobile apps.
